Jo Joye
I am a city planner and community development professional who proudly calls Philadelphia home. My professional interests range from increasing the supply of healthy and affordable housing to increasing economic opportunity through small business development to using the arts as a tool for equitable community development. Before starting my city planning graduate degree, I worked as a risk management bank examiner for the FDIC. Originally from Saint Louis, I have affectionately called Philly home since 2012. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog Lacey, getting lost in a book, working out, and caring for my 50+ houseplants.
